The Miscela d’Oro Story
Miscela d’oro began operating in 1946 in Messina town center, where the company’s founder, Umberto aided by his wife, Emanuela began roasting small amounts of coffee beans at an artisan level.
In the 1970’s , Miscela d’Oro coffee products line was created with a blend named “5 miscele” This coffee Blend soon became the company’s first big success and is still remembered today, more than 30 years later.
The new millennium witnesses a dynamic company, heading into the future, with the aim of being one of the sector’s top leaders in the world markets.

The Rummo Story
Rummo started in 1846 by Antonio Rummo. Today Rummo S.p.A. Molino e Pastificio still makes its home in the fertile lands of the Sannino Valley, Campania (Southern Italy). It is in this region , that the Rummo family built its first mill in the region famous for the production and culture of pasta. Benevento.

With Rummo’s superior durum semolina wheat and exclusive Lenta Lavorazione method, chefs will see the difference before, during and after cooking. The quality of our dry pasta results in less breakage during shipping. The high gluten content and slow kneading process helps it hold together during cooking so nutrients are not lost into the water. Chefs can tell by just looking at the water and seeing that it is clear of starches. This also means that it cooks up al dente, has greater life for superior plate.
